Geoff Kennedy was very professional in all his dealings with us, extremely patient and understanding with our design choices and took the time to explain in detail the process and options available to us. We undertook a fairly significant renovation of a 50’s bungalow, and to be honest wouldn’t have taken it on if it wasn’t for our trust in Geoff’s workmanship and project abilities. We had seen Geoff’s work before in the real estate market and knew his attention to detail was very high. Knowing we had someone we could trust who could handle all aspects of our renovation and deliver the quality we were looking for was instrumental in us proceeding, and boy are we glad we did! Geoff was able to meet our tight deadline which was remarkable considering the project scope changed a couple times. His estimates were pretty much bang on and allowed us to budget our renovation accurately.
