MEET GEOFF
Geoff’s first experience in construction was when he was 15 years old, working for a kitchen and bathroom renovation company during his summers throughout high school. Geoff went on to work in various trades such as carpentry and roofing, before deciding to do an apprenticeship in stone masonry. Geoff’s passion for high quality construction led him to start Kennedy Build in 2011, where he began to apply his broad knowledge of the construction industry and his relentless commitment to superior service. Geoff’s favourite part of his work is making a positive impact in his client’s lives and seeing the smiles on their faces throughout the process.

MEET JASON
Jason immersed himself in construction at a very young age, working for his family’s landscaping business weekends and summers through school. At this juncture, Jason committed himself to carpentry and renovating, going to work for a local construction company over the course of the next few years. In 2006 Jason opened JK Contracting, and it was at that point he realized his full potential. Jason steadily grew the company over the years, developing long standing relationships with excellent trades, and taking on a few of his own skilled employees. Jason’s favourite part of his work is delivering exceptional quality of work, and ensuring this paramount work is complete on schedule.

KENNEDY + KENEL
In 2016, Geoff and Jason made the decision to join forces leveraging 2 established construction companies and many great relationships. Today Kennedy + Kenel is committed to producing exquisite results throughout every project. With unparalleled attention to detail, and extraordinary customer service, Kennedy + Kenel has become a one stop solution to which architects, designers and homeowners can depend on to see their projects through to the finish line.

COST PLUS CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
At Kennedy + Kenel we use an open book, cost plus approach to construction management. Simply, this means we charge a management fee on top of the actual cost of the work being performed. This transparency in our pricing model aligns us with our client’s needs and budget, and allows our clients to benefit from the many relationships we have built within the industry. In other words, our price is your price.
